Simple Green

This is one of my favorite ways to eat greens and it is so simple!! Today I used some purple kale and spinach.

But first...

  • Sauté some sliced red onion and baby bella shrooms until they start to brown.

  • Add in some fresh minced garlic and cook in til fragrant.

  • Toss in your chopped greens and a bit of water to create a steam effect and cook until wilted.

  • Now just add some salt and cracked pepper, toss around a bit to let the flavors marry...

  • Plate & Enjoy!
