Simple Green
This is one of my favorite ways to eat greens and it is so simple!! Today I used some purple kale and spinach.
But first...
Sauté some sliced red onion and baby bella shrooms until they start to brown.
Add in some fresh minced garlic and cook in til fragrant.
Toss in your chopped greens and a bit of water to create a steam effect and cook until wilted.
Now just add some salt and cracked pepper, toss around a bit to let the flavors marry...
Plate & Enjoy!
