Last night, I made a big Jar of Ginger-Turmeric Shots so we can start each day this week with a pinch of health!! It’s really so simple.
I got out our juicer and I juiced…
a bunch of ginger (like a whole handful)5 small green apples
4 clementines (organges would be better but cuties is what I had!)
3-4 thumbs of turmeric (you can use organic powder if you cant find the actual root)
It’s sweet and spicy and great for gut health. Bottoms up!
